Transaction expands the brokerage’s presence in the Space Coast and Treasure Coast markets
SUNRISE, FL (May 3, 2016) – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the real estate brokerage network operated by HSF Affiliates LLC, announced that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty has expanded in Indian River County and Brevard County with the addition of Indian Harbour Beach-based Prudential Sterling Properties. The transaction adds 65 agents and support staff to the Florida Realty team, plus a strong presence in the Space Coast, Treasure Coast and surrounding regions. Terms were not disclosed.
