Yolanda Flores brings over 25 years of South Florida real estate experience that includes broker/owner of Emmaus Road Realty and most recently, Broker of TSG Realty and as the Community Association Management (CAM) for TSG Property Management. She received her Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) in 2016 and has also owned and operated her own title insurance company, Frontier Title Services, Inc., in Miami. With her extensive real estate knowledge and understanding of the importance of adhering to a strict code of ethics, Yolanda is well versed in the selection and development of Sales Professionals, business planning, domestic and international investor relations, REO’s, renovations, leasing, new developments, contract negotiations, transaction management, closing/settlement services, finance and accounting and time management.
