Nowadays, there are literally hundreds, if not thousands of men and women looking to grab a gorgeous piece of Fort Myers real estate. It seems that the demand for homes for sale in Fort Myers has never been better. Some say it’s the city’s growing nightlife, while others move there for business. Of course, a great number of the Fort Myers homes for sale go to retired men and women from the northern United States, as well as Canada.

Judy Baker is a retired accountant in her seventies. Every winter, Judy and her husband relocate down to a Fort Myers luxury home for roughly four months. After all, the Bakers live in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In other words, it gets quite cold. Rather than live through another blizzard, Judy convinced her spouse to rent some high-class Fort Myers real estate.

Finding a piece of beautiful Fort Myers real estate was no trouble, considering that Judy’s found an excellent real estate agent, her daughter Penny. The professional works at one of the best real estate agencies in all of South Florida. Penny was able to find her folks an amazing two-bedroom apartment for rent with plenty of space. Penny’s parents can even bring the family dog, Charlie, down to the Sunshine State for the trip. Better yet, she found the Fort Myers real estate for an unbelievable price.

Penny’s husband, Alan, actually owns his Fort Myers real estate. Being an avid golfer, Alan made living on a giant golf course a priority. The man loves nothing more than to wake up every morning during his retirement and play a few holes. Alan even has his own golf cart to carry him around all of the eye-catching Fort Myers real estate. Just don’t let Penny sit behind the wheel, or they may end up in the sand trap, if not the lake.

Penny and Alan have a son in his late twenties named Roger. Roger and his wife, Jo, own a nice piece of Fort Myers real estate a few miles away. The two love their neighborhood, as they live in a fabulous school system. Their young boy, Jake, is a star soccer player at the local middle school. Every weekend, the couple joins other parents with Fort Myers real estate to watch their boys play a soccer game. Jake’s team even has a winning record this year.

Jake’s best friend is Rick, the star goalie of the soccer team. As much as Rick loves living on his family’s Fort Myers real estate, he hopes to move overseas one day. After all, Americans just don’t have the same appreciation for the sport as South Americans or Europeans. Of course, Rick’s parents tease him that he will miss living on Fort Myers real estate too much. They say he’ll call them every night crying until he actually moves back home to the States.

To sum it up, there are all kinds of people, young and old, who love their Fort Myers real estate for different reasons. What real estate agent will you use to find your Florida home?
