Usually, it can be difficult to find elaborate Christmas or Hanukah decorations on homes in and around Boca Raton real estate. Yet, when a Boca Raton luxury home does get decorated, it usually explodes with festive spirit. Of course, it may not be so easy for a Boca Raton real estate owner without the luxury of snow in our yards. But we don’t mind.

Betty Marks is a business executive who owns a home for sale in Boca Raton. In order to get her Boca Raton home for sale noticed this year by potential buyers, Betty decided to go all out with decorations. The first thing that Betty did to her Boca Raton real estate was set up three different cardboard snowmen. Each one stood 4 feet high, and in all of their hands were signs with a Christmas message, such as “Joy to the World.”

Billy Carter, a busy lawyer who works for the District Attorney’s office, owns a gorgeous piece of Boca Raton real estate. Of course, the single man is too busy to put up holiday decorations of his own. That’s why Billy simply placed a string of lights on his garage that read “Ditto,” over an arrow pointing to his neighbor’s Boca Raton real estate, full of lights, statues and various decorations all over the grass.

Not unlike his neighbor Billy, Sam Wilson is a Boca Raton real estate owner with a fabulous sense of humor. Sam dressed up a life-sized mannequin in a Christmas sweater and hung it from his gutters. To any person passing by his Boca Raton real estate, there appears to be an actual man hanging from the house. It is hysterical. Let’s just hope that the fire department doesn’t get called to Sam’s Boca Raton real estate any time soon.

Next door to Sam is a Boca Raton real estate owner’s family with three small Volkswagens in the driveway. This year, the gang bought three giant Santa hats that fit over each car. There is no way a stranger can drive by their Boca Raton real estate and not stop to look. Some folks even stop and take photos of the Boca Raton real estate on their smart phones.

Another silly neighbor, Chris Reynolds, lives down the street. Chris hung a colorful Happy Birthday sign on his garage door. Then the joker simply added the word Jesus on a printed piece of paper under the word Birthday. Sometimes staying low-key helps to be the funniest house on the block.

Of course, there are homes with Hanukah decorations as well. Several houses have giant menorahs out front that inflate like balloons. The same can be said for enormous dreidels to symbolize games played on Hanukah. Large presents are wrapped in blue and silver and placed on people’s front yards. Of course, the boxes are empty, or else kids may take off with the goodies. Whether it is Christmas or Hanukah, the homes throughout South Florida can be decorated with love and joy, spreading the holiday spirit.
