For decades, Miami Beach has been home to the rich and famous. Not only do they flaunt around town in gorgeous sports cars and speedboats, but they almost always reside on amazing Miami Beach real estate. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty will show you some of the biggest and best celebrity homes on South Beach.

To begin, world renowned clothing designer Calvin Klein recently had an elegant waterfront home for sale in Miami Beach. The modern mansion sold for more than $13 million. The historic home from the Twenties was originally listed at $16 million, but Klein paid approximately $25 million for the residence in 2015. Located along Biscayne Bay on North Bay Road, the 5,800-square-foot house was created to protect a homeowner’s privacy. It includes five bedrooms and baths, an infinity pool, and is surrounded by bamboo trees. There is even a dock for yachts to add to the already furnished home with numerous antiques.

Another spectacular waterfront Miami Beach home for sale was owned by Argentinian supermodel Daniela Urzi from Cosmo and Elle magazines. The tropical home recently sold for $10 million. That’s a 23% reduction from the resident’s original asking price of more than $12 million last year. Built in the Venetian Islands in the Fifties, Urzi’s home is known for its sunset views of the west. The 5,000-square-foot mansion features five bedrooms and bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, wooden floors, and more. The last time the house was on the market was in 2011 and the buyer purchased it for a whopping $3.6 million.

Ricardo Montaner is a Latin singer who currently has a Miami Beach luxury home for sale on Pine Tree Dr. The realtor is asking more than $10 million for the gorgeous mansion. It features a boardwalk, as well as a canal that surrounds the Art Deco property that takes up more than 7,500-square-feet. Built in the Thirties, the vintage mansion contains eight different bedrooms and bathrooms, along with a boat lift and its own floating dock. There are even tropical gardens for homeowners who appreciate Mother Nature. Back in 2001, the Latin Grammy winner bought the beautiful home for more than $2 million.

Reality TV personality Kylie Jenner recently went shopping for a home while visiting Miami Beach for Art Basel. The mansion has six bedrooms and fluctuates in price between $20 million and $100 million. Instagram viewers can see photos of the celebrity by the home’s pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit.

Perhaps the most awe-inspiring home for sale on Miami Beach is the $65 million penthouse for sale at the Apogee. That works out to more than $7,500 per square foot. The two-story mansion comes with a sensation view of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as the Downtown Miami skyline, and the bay. Standing at more than 13,000 square feet, the house is topped with five different bedrooms and eight bathrooms. It just doesn’t get any bigger or better than this South Beach mansion. Just like all of the property for sale in Miami Beach, the mansion is magnificent.
