(Palm Beach County, FL) OCTOBER 1, 2016 – David Marulli, the founder and owner of Delray Beach real estate brokerage firm DNA PROPERTIES, has joined the award-winning team of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty. Marulli brings with him more than 21 years of real estate experience that includes over $650 million worth of commercial and residential sales transactions. He has leased over 1 million square feet of commercial space and has helped thousands of buyers, investors, tenants, and sellers realize their real estate goals.
As the owner of DNA PROPERTIES, Marulli was fully involved in all aspects of the brokerage firm including sales, contracts, development, construction, operations, and leasing. Marulli is a multi-million dollar producer with interests in commercial as well as residential sales. A couple of his most recent real estate deals involve the $6 million buy of 11000 Prosperity Farms Road in PGA and the $1.59 million buy of 1201-1235 N Federal Highway in Delray Beach.
