If there’s one thing that Delray Beach real estate owners tend to enjoy, it is fab music. That’s where there is a group of Delray Beach real estate owners that likes to get together to discuss a timeless work of art. Most recently, everybody got together in a Delray Beach luxury home to discuss The Beatles Anthology CDs and DVDs.

John Carter is a local engineer who owns a couple of Delray Beach homes for sale. Just last week, he hosted a small party in one of his homes for sale in Delray Beach to listen to the album. John began the discussion by explaining the basics.

Many Delray Beach real estate owners learned that The Anthology documentary is the group’s own version of their history, with hundreds of clips taken from their personal archives ranging from the British Invasion to personal chat sessions in the 1990s.

The Delray Beach real estate owners watched and listened as Paul, George, and Ringo each taped interviews separately. Yoko was asked if her late husband had left any solo recordings that the Beatles could use as overdubs, and in January 1994 she presented them with four unfinished demos, including “Real Love” and a favorite among the Delray Beach real estate owners, “Now and Then.”

Anthology begins with a short cut from Marlon Brando’s The Wild One. The Delray Beach real estate owners laughed at the rough motorcycle gang in the film that labels themselves “The Beetles.” While the movie may have influenced the band’s name, the British Board of Film Censors banned the movie in England until 1968. But as one Delray Beach real estate owner explained, the likelihood of the four having knowledge of The Wild One during the late 1950s and early 1960s is questionable.

The Delray Beach real estate owners enjoyed interesting tales of the icons discussing their families, childhoods and discovery of musical instruments.  A Delray Beach real estate owner named Greg claims his favorite example is how Paul talked down to George when they were in grade school, as McCartney is a tad bit older.

Greg continued to tell the other Delray Beach real estate owners how Paul discusses seeing John for the very first time and being asked to join the Quarrymen. The recording of Sgt. Pepper’s is examined, as well as the obstacle of wives becoming involved in the band’s business.

The Beatles Anthology is a must-have for any Delray Beach real estate owner who is a Fab fan. The CDs and the DVD track the band through the 1960s and afterward, telling personal stories that were completely unheard of prior to the video’s release.

Years later, rock antique collectors had the opportunity to grab a John Lennon school exercise book entitled My Anthology in 2006. The journal from 1952 contains a drawing of ‘The Walrus,’ later seen in 1967’s Magical Mystery Tour movie. John’s book was sold off for hundreds of thousands. The sale also included large collections of remarkable artifacts once belonging to the other Beatles members.
