Not only are Alex Martin and Mike Levine neighbors with gorgeous Coral Springs real estate, the fellas are best buddies. They have been since they were high school students getting into trouble together back in the Nineties. While they never went to high school together because Mike is a couple of years older than Alex, the boys worked together at a video store. It was more than a video store, as the shop also sold adult film selections, as well as music CDs. Being employed at a video store could have been a dream come true for any 17-year-old boy.

Being 19-years-old, Mike was old enough to be an Assistant Manager, as well as a keyholder. That means he would lock up the store every night with only Alex there to help him clean up. The two teenagers would have a blast, as they would wrestle with Led Zeppelin playing in the background, along with their favorite R-rated flicks, such as Eddie Murphy Delirious or Goodfellas being shown on the big screen. The money may not have been fabulous, but Alex and Mike sure had a ball “working” at the video store.

Another man who recently purchased a home for sale in Coral Springs next to Alex and Mike is Andy Lopez. When Andy was a college kid in the Nineties, he worked as a professional photographer for the NFL at Miami Dolphins football games. In other words, Andy was on the field taking pictures of Hall of Fame inductees, from Dan Marino to visiting players, like John Elway and Joe Montana. He started to collect cards and jerseys in hopes of getting them signed one day.

Andy now has quite an impressive collection of signed Dolphins memorabilia in his home, even if he doesn’t have more than a few signatures. Being an avid collector, he now possesses signed jerseys, helmets, and footballs that are worth tens of thousands of dollars. Of course, Andy’s wife Amber thinks the whole bundle is a giant waste of money. Rather than spending so much money on junk that does nothing but collect dust, she feels he should be saving for their kids’ college funds. In one ear, out the other. As soon as something new appears on eBay, Andy is back to buying.

When Amber was a high school girl, she used to make money by modeling young ladies’ casual outfits for a store in the mall. She would get paid to get dolled up, walk around the food court, and hand out coupons. Doing so allowed her to meet hundreds, if not thousands of men and women. Many seem to be impressed with Amber’s social skills and she received quite a few job offers for when she graduated high school. Regardless, she still went away to FSU in Tallahassee to study marketing. Working at an advertising firm is where she met Andy. Before long, the two got hitched and moved into a Coral Springs luxury home. Regardless, they miss their carefree days as students with stress-free jobs in the Nineties.
