Expanding Downtown Delights Owners of Boca Raton Luxury Homes

Residents living in Boca Raton luxury homes are excited about the recent news of two high-profile restaurants locating in and near the heart of Boca Raton. Italian favorite Louie Bossi and New York staple Junior’s Restaurant and setting roots in Boca Raton and locals can’t wait to have these two heavier hitters in town.

Delicious food, family entertainment, and reputations that cross county and state lines, these two restaurants may inspire more businesses and residents to the east side of Federal Highway in Boca Raton.

Louie Bossi Coming Soon to Boca Raton

Louie Bossi is set to open its doors in the Hyatt Place. This Boca Raton luxury homes hotel will be the first one of its kind in downtown Boca Raton, and is scheduled to start taking reservations in October. The hotel located at 120 E. Palmetto Park Road on the corner of Federal Highway will be giving approximately 8,000 square feet to Louie Bossi, with an additional 2,000 square feet for outdoor patio seating.

Louie Bossi is part of the West Palm Beach’s Big Time Restaurant Group. Specializing in Italian food, Chef Bossi has proven to be one of the most inspired chefs in the company. He insists that all of its 8 different pastas, breads, gelatos, pastries, and cookies be made fresh daily in-house, much to the delight of residents in the neighboring Boca Raton luxury homes communities that surround the area.

Louie Bossi will be serving brunch, lunch, dinner, and dessert. A full-service bar is in the works, and rumor has it that a bocce ball court is planned as well.

Junior’s Restaurant of New York Soon to Be of Boca Raton, Too

Owner living in Boca Raton luxury homes near Mizner Park have reason to celebrate. Junior’s Restaurant will soon be taking over the spot where Ruby Tuesday’s once was. According to the Palm Beach Post, the restaurant plans to build a 270-seat restaurant that will offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Service will be for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a full-service bakery as well as a full-service bar.

Many Boca Raton luxury homes are owned by former New Yorkers, who may have enjoyed the cheesecake creations that only Junior’s Restaurant of New York makes. No more waiting for a visit up north for a slice of “The World’s Most Fabulous Cheesecake.” Well, a few more months of waiting and then it will be a short walk, bike or car ride to the center of Mizner Park.

Junior’s also is known for its soups, steakburgers, sandwiches, and barbecue. Patrons in Boca Raton luxury homes will have to wait to see the actual menu that makes it to print for Junior’s first Florida restaurant extension, but the breakfast all day selections could be offered, as well.

Downtown Boca Raton Expansion

These two restaurant additions are just part of the expanding real estate market that is happening in Boca Raton. Homes for sale are expected to bring even more growth to the city. Thousands of new luxury rental apartments are under construction along with two hotels, including the Hyatt Place where Louie Bossi will be housed.
