Not every Port St. Lucie homeowner is the same, just like every piece of Port St. Lucie real estate is different. Some men and women vary in age and profession, while properties range from one-bedroom apartments to enormous mansions along the beach. Let’s take a look at some places and see which property would suit your lifestyle the best.

Pam Walker is a 69-year-old retiree from Atlantic City, New Jersey. Working for the public school system, she would enjoy some Christmas, Spring Break and summer vacations in the Sunshine State. In fact, Pam always said she will move down to the Sunshine State when she retires. Now she found a perfect little home for sale in Port St. Lucie that allows her and her husband to walk to the beach. The only working that Pam plans on doing for the next ten to twenty years is working on her tan.

Pam also has a son named Phil. Following in his mother’s footsteps, Phil is also a teacher. However, Dr. Phil Walker has earned his doctorate and teaches a course on journalism. For years, Phil and his loving family of four resided just outside of Chicago, as he was a professor at Northwestern University. However, Phil too recently decided to get out of the wind and snow in exchange for a little Florida sun. While Dr. Walker was busy teaching how to report, his wife went shopping for an ideal Port St. Lucie luxury home. With the help of a professional at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, she found a perfect 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom house to fit their every need. Now Dr. Walker just has to find a job, but it shouldn’t be tough considering his impressive credentials.

Speaking of looking for a home for sale in Port St. Lucie, Rick Lynch is on the market for a small, but gorgeous place to stay. The single 33-year-old business executive wants something located between I-95 and the ocean. He also wants a property that is as private as possible. That way, he can run around in his backyard at night wearing nothing but his boxer shorts. While homes along the Intracostal are generally expensive, the millennial is confident he can afford it. After all, he hopes to be making enough income in the next few years to purchase a boat. In Rick’s eyes, nothing would be better than weekend fishing excursions.

Finally, there is Mary Reynolds, the youngest of them all. Mary recently decided to relocate to Port St. Lucie after her mother passed. She also had to get away from her wicked stepmother. After her dad remarried his secretary and asked her to move into their home, Mary went running for the hills. Mary agreed to drive back down to South Florida for family time on holidays, but she does really care to. After all, Mary wouldn’t shed a tear even she never had to see the new Mrs. Reynolds for the rest of her life. Fortunately, Mary doesn’t have to, as she now owns her own place.
