There is a wide variety of reasons that so many men and women love their Palm Beach Gardens real estate. While thousands simply enjoy the South Florida weather year-round, thousands of other folks appreciate the job market or the school system, if not the giant retirement communities.

Gary Jenkins is a 47-year-old husband and father of two boys from Trenton, New Jersey. Roughly a year ago, Gary was offered to relocate to the Sunshine State to head a new Communications Department for his employer, an automotive part dealership. At first, he was reluctant, as all of Gary’s friends and family live in either New Jersey or the Big Apple. However, as soon as Gary flew to Palm Beach County to see the new office building near the beach, he was in love. Now Gary and his family cannot wait until the summer when they will all move to a gorgeous home for sale in Palm Beach Gardens.

Not unlike Gary, Sue Carter is a 52-year-old physical therapist who recently purchased a large Palm Beach Gardens homes for sale. Of course, Sue and her family of five are located much further west than Gary. In fact, Sue likes being away from the beach when it is crowded with tourists. The woman prefers solitude. Thankfully, she was able to find an ideal home far away from any outside noise whatsoever. Now Sue can let her three Labrador Retrievers run free all day, even if she isn’t home. If Sue ever feels the need to head to the beach, all she has to do is hop in the car. It’s not like A1A is a far drive from Sue’s beautiful home.

David Waters is a professional guitarist and music teacher at a public university in Palm Beach. Despite how much David loves his hometown of San Francisco, he was offered a dream job that was too good to pass up at the Florida college. He now teaches classical guitar four nights a week, while he performs at different restaurants on the weekends. David loves it. Not only has the professor built a little following of listeners, his students now make it a point to see him perform live. Unfortunately, there are no extra credit points for the kids who go see Professor Waters play guitar in a public setting.

Jill Jenkins is a guitar player as well. Yet, she does not make a living off her music. Rather, the 33-year-old stock broker just enjoys blasting some Led Zeppelin on vinyl every evening when she gets back to her Palm Beach Gardens luxury home. At first, her neighbor Roger would complain about the music being too loud. Fortunately, Jill decided to teach Roger a thing or two about the best rock and roll ever made. She started him off on their first release and eventually educated the man on every cut in the Zeppelin catalogue. These days, Roger considers himself a huge Led Head and would never again complain that the music is too loud.
