Continuing with the holiday movie spirit, Fort Myers real estate owners also love their Christmas flicks. There is nothing more amusing than snuggling up with friends and family in Fort Myers luxury homes, slamming down popcorn and enjoying a festive movie.

Sally Simpson has two different Fort Myers homes for sale. Just this weekend, she and her best buddies got together in one of her homes for sale in Fort Myers to watch a handful of clips from her favorite Christmas DVDs.

One of Sally neighbors is Josh Stone, who arguably has the nicest Fort Myers real estate on the entire block. Josh told the other Fort Myers real estate owners about his favorite holiday classic. It’s when the Griswolds left the metallic pea-green “Family Truckster” in the garage to celebrate 1989’s National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.

While Fort Myers real estate owners agree that it’s nowhere near as amusing as the family’s original retreat, a young Juliette Lewis helps Chevy Chase save their house from disaster after redneck Cousin Eddie shows up in an RV. Fort Myers real estate owners love what he uses as its septic tank. The lighthearted piece of slapstick may be too predictable and clichéd, but watching Clark lose his cool and go on an exaggerated verbal rant about his boss is priceless. Make sure there’s Tylenol handy. Warning: Animal rights activists around your Fort Myers real estate should avoid watching the scene with the cat getting tangled in Christmas tree lights.

Another friendly Fort Myers real estate owner present was Adam White. Adam’s most beloved pick comes from the wild imagination of Tim Burton: Nightmare Before Christmas. He educated the other Fort Myers real estate owners all about 1993’s state-of-the-art digital technology that was used is a fun flick for the whole family.

Rick Jones is a Fort Myers real estate owner who prefers when Tim Allen accidently kills Old Saint Nick in The Santa Clause. The Fort Myers real estate owners cracked up watching the comedian transform into a jolly true believer as he quickly gets overweight, grows a beard and asks directions from his reindeer-driven sleigh.

Nina Carter is a single mother of two girls that own a spacious piece of two-bedroom Fort Myers real estate. Nina’s favorite holiday flick stems from the 21-Century. It’s when Will Farrell stars as a human raised in the North Pole in 2003’s Elf. Apparently, he crawled into Santa’s bag of toys as a baby in an orphanage and the man thinks he’s one of them, despite his hefty size. He decides to travel to New York City to track down his roots. He finds his workaholic father, James Caan, but it seems everyone has forgotten what Christmas is all about.

Nina’s husband prefers Bill Murray in Scrooged. Back in 1988, 145 years after Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol was published, the cold-hearted executive learns a thing or two from three vengeful ghosts. Carol Kane and Bobcat Goldwait help the cruel man stop his evil doings before it’s too late. After all, he tried to staple antlers onto a mouse for his television special.
