Thousands of Beatles fans in South Florida are ecstatic to see Sir Paul McCartney perform at Miami’s American Airlines Arena this July. To prepare for the Fab event, Miami Beach real estate can watch the 3-DVD box-set, McCartney Years.

McCartney Years contains 180 minutes of timeless material. Following 2006’s release, Paul McCartney: The Space Within Us, the collector’s piece provides a front-row concert experience for several of his appearances. The set entails three discs’ worth of forty different music videos, career-spanning performances and personal commentary by Paul himself on his fabulous 40-year career. McCartney Years undoubtedly possesses some of the most influential and appreciated tunes that have grown into the soundtrack to Miami Beach luxury homeowners’ lives.

The first two DVDs feature the definitive collection of McCartney music videos. The fun kicks off in the 70s with his first solo single “Maybe I’m Amazed.”  Then spectators get to catch the Wings promo video for “Band on the Run,” as well as his famous duets with Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson, “Ebony and Ivory” and “Say Say Say,” respectively. The second disc is made of less popular selections from Paul’s solo career, including “Spies Like Us” and “Put It There.” Sticking to mostly acoustic ditties, presented flawlessly, bonuses consist of him putting together Chaos and Creation at the legendary Abbey Road studios. Each section can be viewed either in chronological order or in playlists that he personally arranged with his voiceover commentaries. Extras include four other ditties, along with another version of “Band on the Run.”

The third disc has a couple hours taken from McCartney’s mind-blowing concerts. The first is a version of “Jet” from Rock Show, taken from Wings’ 1976 World Tour. But the most priceless find is the section pulled from 1991’s Unplugged, the first of what was to become a franchise of MTV Unplugged albums. Most of the selections heard are Beatles ballads. On “And I Love Her,” Paul sounds like a middle-aged chap. Better yet, he forgets the lyrics to “We Can Work It Out.” The billionaire simply laughs at his faux pas, stating “Ah well, this is so informal, we’ll start again.”

Along with his headlining gig at Glastonbury in 2004, there is plenty of narration by the knighted man himself on all three discs, making McCartney Years the most extensive compilation that the Cute One has ever done. The item educates folks in homes for sale in Miami Beach through archive interviews, alternative versions of music videos and the full-length 2005 documentary Creating Chaos at Abbey Road. The set also has the former Beatle’s exclusive commentary and personal introductions for each promo video and each event. There are also bonus scenes and never before seen footage from Super Bowl XXIV, as well as “Let It Be” showcased to at the historical Live Aid in 1985.  At the time, Live Aid was the largest ever TV audience for a live music event. While the elderly Englishman gave the event greater legitimacy, the show was stolen by a young Irishman named Bono climbing the poles around the stage.
