When it comes to finding ideal Palm Beach Gardens real estate, different men and women have a variety of priorities. For instance, a mother and father of three children would probably be more concerned about the local school system than living near a golf course. At the same time, a retired individual would prefer to live on the water than near the highway. Fortunately, Palm Beach County offers a plethora of homes and apartments for everybody to find exactly what he or she is looking for.

Billy Barker is a 42-year-old businessman with two gorgeous daughters in their teens. While both Billy and his wife consider themselves to be beach bums, they gave it all up to benefit their children. After all, living a little west of the beach saves folks plenty of money when looking at homes for sale in Palm Beach Gardens. It’s a good thing that they were able to find a gorgeous 4-bedroom home right off I-95. At least the family gets to venture to the beach, which is no more than a 10-minute drive or 30-minute walk, every weekend.

Judy Schwimmer is a 73-year-old woman who recently purchased a Palm Beach Gardens home for sale in a retirement community. Judy and her family love the place, as she now lives so close to hundreds of other people her age. They have socials, including card games, movie nights, and even square dances. It can be a blast. At the same time, Judy feels completely safe, as a security gate stops unwanted guests from entering the property. Judy only wishes that she had found the ideal home and retirement community a few years ago, so she could have begun enjoying her senior days earlier.

Matt Andrews is a 25-year-old student who now attends graduate school in Palm Beach. Originally from New Jersey, Mike couldn’t wait to relocate down to the sun in South Florida. Working his tail off at a local business office, while attending graduate school at night, he cannot wait to buy his own Palm Beach Gardens luxury home. Then Mike will find himself a nice girl to marry before starting a family. He hopes to have four or five kids, plus a big dog or two. “The bigger, the better,” Mike always says about his future family. All his colleagues at work and school wish Mike their best on his hopes and dreams.

Paula May recently relocated to Palm Beach Gardens from Minneapolis with her beautiful little girl, Jade. There is no question that the two prefer living in the Sunshine State than this freezing cold land of snow. At first, Jade didn’t want to relocate, as she loves to play in the snow and build snowmen every winter. Yet, as soon as the little girl discovered how much fun she can have playing in the waves 12 months a year in Florida, she became excited to move down south. Like so many other northerners that make the transition every year, Paula and Jade now have no regrets about moving to Palm Beach County.
