Nancy Fields is a Parkland real estate owner who has experienced issues with her weight. It had been well over a year that Nancy was experimenting with different diet programs, but nothing seemed to help her lose weight. Every time she lost a pound, it just came back a few days later with a vengeance.

Nancy tried running every day around homes for sale in Parkland. However, all of that running around Parkland homes for sale did nothing productive for her body. She has a few friends who tried diet pills, but they all claimed that the pills were useless scams.

After Nancy’s doctor gave her quite a scare; “If you fail to plan, then you plan to fail,” the physician said with a smile. “Sticking to a weight loss plan is not hard once you set your mind to it. Just eat and exercise right. You don’t even have to leave your Parkland real estate to do so.”

Within 6 weeks’ time, Nancy dropped a total of 15 pounds and several inches from her waistline. The pants that used to be snug around the Parkland real estate owner’s waist, were now hanging off of her body. “I looked like I was wearing my grandma’s pants,” Nancy explained. “It’s a good thing I had a variety of belts in my Parkland luxury home. Otherwise, I would have needed to purchase a whole set of new pants. At the same time, my energy level was out the wazoo!”

Day after day, Nancy would not allow herself to consume more than 500 calories. She never ate less than 500 calories either. While hanging out on her Parkland real estate, Nancy searched online calorie counter programs. She found one to keep track of every single calorie that went into her mouth. The Parkland real estate owner even got the app downloaded onto her cell phone for instant access.

After finding the right diet plan to lose fat, Nancy never felt hungry. Every morning on her Parkland real estate, she drank a cup of warm water with a tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar. Surprisingly, she quite enjoyed the taste. When it came to eating breakfast on her Parkland real estate, Nancy sautéed 2 tablespoons of onion in water, and then added two egg whites, along with a dash of seasoned salt without sugar. A couple of hours later when off her Parkland real estate, Nancy snacked on her favorite fruit, a small granny smith apple.

For lunch, the Parkland real estate owner fed herself a huge chunk of iceberg lettuce, along with 3 ounces of skinless chicken. She simply dropped a bit of lemon juice onto the meat to supply flavor. For her mid-afternoon snack, Nancy enjoyed a piece of Melba toast and washed it down with tea sweetened by Stevia, rather than sugar.

When it came time to eat dinner at her the Parkland real estate, Nancy enjoyed 3 ounces of steak, tilapia or chicken. She always mixed the meat with a vegetable, like asparagus, broccoli, green beans or tomato. Whenever she desired a late-night snack on her the Parkland real estate, Nancy depended on another piece of Melba toast, along with either blueberry or peach flavored tea.
