Do you remember the first roommate you had to live with? Maybe she didn’t clean up the shower after shaving her legs, or perhaps he always left the toilet seat up. Whatever the case may be, those awful memories will stick in your mind forever. That’s why Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty has decided to share some of the best roommate tales that have taken place in Delray Beach real estate.

Chris Cimag was a 23-year-old electronics engineer who had just earned his music engineering degree in Orlando. Growing up on Delray Beach real estate, he had always wanted an apartment on the beach. Fortunately, he scored a job and was able to buy some Delray Beach real estate. Naturally, Chris spent hours searching for the right Delray Beach home for sale. In no time, he found the place. Little did he know that his new roommate was going to be a complete disaster.

The very first day that Chris moved into his new Delray Beach real estate, his roommate Jay was watching television with his feet up on the couch. Jay did not even bother to stand up and welcome Chris into the home for sale in Delray Beach, let alone offer any assistance unpacking. Almost immediately, Chris knew that he was not going to like living with this guy in his new Delray Beach real estate.

Chris was correct. Within a couple of Jays, Chris figured out that Jay did not do dishes. Apparently, Jay had grown up in a Delray Beach luxury home with washing machines and doing dishes by hand was beneath him. He didn’t even make an effort to learn. Rather than waiting for his roommate’s mother to swing by on the weekend to clean the Delray Beach real estate, Chris bit his lip and did the dishes himself.

Every Saturday, Chris’s mom would make her way into the Delray Beach real estate. Being extremely nosey, the woman would make sure to check out every detail in Chris’s room. As he was sleeping one Saturday morning, she walked right in and began moving around the trophies on top of his bookcase. “This looks better over here,” she said. Obviously, his roommate’s mother did not respect any of Jay’s privacy.

Jay also worked late hours as a restaurant. As a result, he would come back to their place extremely late at night. Jay was also extremely loud. The walls in their Delray Beach real estate would shake as Jay played his dance music into the wee hours of the night. At least Chris was able to move out 9 months later and find a better roomie on primo Delray Beach real estate.

Jay his since learned his lesson. When searching for ideal Delray Beach real estate the next time around, Jay made it a point to meet his potential roommate before signing any papers. After all, the right Delray Beach real estate is a phenomenal investment for any college kid, as well as a working professional or a family.
