Little did he know that his new roommate was going to be a complete disaster.
The very first day that Chris moved into his new Delray Beach real estate, his roommate Jay was watching television with his feet up on the couch. Jay did not even bother to stand up and welcome Chris into the home for sale in Delray Beach, let alone offer any assistance unpacking. Chris was correct. Within a couple of Jays, Chris figured out that Jay did not do dishes.
