Jill Jablin is a 47-year-old tax attorney who lives in a gorgeous Stuart luxury home with  her husband, three kids and two dogs. Is seems there is always some type of adventure taking place on her Stuart real estate. For instance, last week Jill tried to throw a surprise party for her better-half, Chuck.

The mishaps all began when Jill realized that she would have to get Chuck out of their Stuart real estate after work on a Friday night. Otherwise, how else would she get everybody onto their Stuart real estate for the surprise? She couldn’t send Chuck out to run on errand on his birthday. Besides, he’ll automatically know that there’s something rotten in Denmark.

It took some thinking, but Jill eventually came up with a plan to get Chuck off of their Stuart real estate. She asked Chuck’s best friend, Dave, to take him out for a birthday drink. The plan worked. However, Chuck was anxious to return to his Stuart real estate after a long day of work at the office.

Then Jill had to figure out the parking situation. How could she get Chuck inside the front door without seeing six to ten cars in front of their Stuart real estate? After speaking with friendly neighbors with Stuart homes for sale, Jill found space just up the street. Hopefully, none of the folks with sizable homes for sale in Stuart would return home to a filled-up parking lot.

To Jill’s amazement, as well as every other Stuart real estate owner at the fiesta, the surprise worked. At least that’s what Chuck tells his wife. Of course, the man sings a different song when chatting to his three kids. He says he didn’t want to ruin the party for their mother. At the same time, Chuck had a little smirk on his face when explaining the situation. Could have his friend taking him out after work given away the surprise?

At the party on Jill and Chuck’s sizeable Stuart real estate, the bar was open for business. Dean Jacobs, their next-door neighbor who rents his Stuart real estate for the winter, was drinking like a fish. Eventually, Dean decided to perform karaoke. While Dean had an absolute blast performing his best Whitney Houston impression, the other Stuart real estate owners at the party didn’t want to hear his version of “The Greatest Love of All.” Apparently, Dean cannot hold a tune to save his life.

Then there was Marlin Peters, a local police officer who owns Stuart real estate. Marlin decided that everybody at the party should go swimming. He must have thrown in three guys and four ladies. They weren’t exactly happy with his behavior. But what could they have done, call the cops?

Whether Chuck was actually surprised or not, we’ll never know. However, there is no doubt that his birthday party was a big success. Just about everybody in their South Florida neighborhood had a ball. They’ll be talking about it for years to come.
