It is no surprise that Palm Beach Gardens real estate comes in all shapes and sizes. Homeowners range from single bedroom apartments owned by students paying their way through college and large family homes to condos for retired senior citizens and everything in-between. There are places for everybody. While some folks will pay extra to live near the ocean, others prefer to purchase a home out west that comes with a smaller mortgage. It just depends on how much a person is willing to spend, along with his or her preferences.

Tim Davis is a 22-year-old college student who attends Strayer University’s Palm Beach Gardens campus. The respected school is known for its accounting, health and education courses. However, Tim chose the school for its business program. The college student used to live in Boca Raton. But making the drive five days a week to get to school was quite a drag. Fortunately, Tim had no trouble finding a small but wonderful home for sale in Palm Beach Gardens. Now he doesn’t have to worry about sitting in the heavy traffic on I-95 five days a week. Hopefully, Tim will get into graduate school at Strayer, so he can utilize his new place for another couple of years.

Sally Rappaport is a 38-year-old nurse, wife, and mother of two beautiful little girls. The whole family recently decided to purchase a larger Palm Beach Gardens home for sale. After all, her husband’s automotive business is bringing in loads of money. While they were originally looking at gorgeous homes along the Intracoastal, Sally and her hubby decided to stay closer to the highway, not far from where they are presently located. Not only are the prices better, but the difference in traffic is enormous. Also, the two Rappaport girls prefer the public middle school that’s west of the Intracostal merely to be with the same friends that they grew up with.

Al Levy is a retired veteran from a small town in New Jersey. Since his wife passed a few years ago, Al has been extremely depressed. In fact, he sits at home all day and does nothing except watch old shows on the TV set. It took a while, but Al’s children finally convinced him to move to South Florida. For Christmas, they surprised him with a condo in Palm Beach County. He will live in a gated community with thousands of other men and women his age. Best of all, the community has hundreds of planned social events each month to fill Al’s time. He shouldn’t be bored anymore.

Finally, Marsha is a 47-year-old accountant who recently divorced her man. After all, he was cheating. Fortunately, Marsha was able to prove it in court. That means she was awarded custody of their son, as well as the Palm Beach Gardens luxury home that her ex-husband had recently paid off. Considering that her ex-husband is a neurosurgeon, she probably doesn’t ever have to work again. As Marsha explains, if you play with fire, you get burned.
