Dan has assumed the role of Managing Broker of our Boynton Beach & Wellington Branch Sales Offices in the Northeast Region reporting to Carol Hill, Regional Vice President.
We’d like to thank Carol Hill for her interim leadership role and support in the Boynton Beach & Wellington Branch offices, in addition to her role as Regional Vice President of the Northeast Region.

With over 20 years of real estate experience, Dan Hart is a proven leader and manager in all aspects of the industry – including residential and commercial real estate, property management, appraisals, mortgage and finance. Dan Hart is a dedicated professional with strong negotiating skills and relationship building expertise. He is well versed in growth strategies, business planning, training, and coaching. As a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker, Dan is committed to increasing the productivity of our Sales Professionals.
Dan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, specializing in Marketing and Economics.
