Tami has assumed the role of Managing Broker of our Coral Springs / Parkland Branch Sales Office.

Tami Goss is an experienced leader who began her distinguished real estate career in 2004 with Sotheby’s International Realty as a New Construction Sales Consultant and then as the Director of New Construction Sales in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties where she was recognized as a Top Producer for 8 consecutive years. Tami was responsible for recruiting, coaching, motivating, and training her sales team and consistently exceeded her goals. Tami was ranked the #1 Selling Sales Manager for D.R. Horton Homes in Nashville, Tennessee, and as the Managing Broker / Selling Sales Manager for Lennar Homes in Franklin, Tennessee, she increased sales by 140% in the first 6 months. As a Brand Ambassador / Business Consultant for Coldwell Banker / Realogy in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Indiana, Tami worked directly with franchise owners looking to affiliate with the brand and was recognized as the #1 recruiter in the region. Tami has been a New Home Sales Consultant for Century Communities and a Certified Field Trainer for Pulte Homes in Nashville. When returning to Florida in 2020, Tami became the Director of Sales for Palm Beach County for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty – Development Division.
Tami earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Maryland – College Park where she was an NCAA Lacrosse Champion goalie! She achieved her MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Marketing from St. Thomas University in Miami.
She is an equine advocate and is a 30-year competitive equestrian and member of the United States Equestrian Federation. In her free time, Tami fosters horses and assists at Equine therapy clinics, Equestrian property research and Equine rescues throughout the region. Tami has served as the United Professional Horseman’s Association Chapter 1 Chairperson, is a lifetime member of the United States Equestrian Federation and participates regularly at the Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington.
Tami’s wealth of professional experience, proven customer service excellence, business acumen, and strategic administrative, marketing and training skills along with a goal-driven mindset provide an excellent foundation towards continued success.
