The reputable Five Star Real Estate Agent program is the largest and most widely published real estate award program in North America, covering more than 45 major markets. Less than 2% of the licensed real estate agents in Sarasota County will receive this highly regarded award for 2021.
All Five Star award winners are nominated by their customers and must pass a stringent review process, and confirmation of their professional and business ethics performance for that year including but not limited to the following criteria: customer service, integrity, market knowledge, communication, negotiation, closing preparation, post-sale service, finds the right home, marketing of a home, and overall satisfaction.
The prestigious recognition was announced to Youman and her Managing Broker, Andrew Vold, earlier this month. Youman is a proud member of the Venice Area Board of REALTORS® where she is a Certified Ethics & Contracts Instructor and is currently the Chairman of the Professional Standards and Development Committee. The Venice Area Board of REALTORS® has 1,150 members serving Venice, Florida, and the surrounding areas.
