Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty celebrated their expanded presence in the Orlando area with a new location in the highly trafficked, affluent area of Orlando – Winter Park. This upgraded location, just a few blocks from Park Avenue’s upscale shops and restaurants allows us to better serve our area Sales Professionals and customers.
On Thursday, December 3rd, there was a grand opening and ribbon cutting event for the new location at 515 W. Morse Blvd. Winter Park, FL 32789.
Congratulations to Elaine Glandon, Regional Vice President, and Jeannie Wilson, Orlando / Winter Park, Managing Broker for hosting the celebratory event with over 100 attendees including local Winter Park officials. Mayor Leary was in attendance to cut the ribbon together with Jay Rupert of the local Winter Park Chamber of Commerce and, Elaine Glandon, our Vice President, and Mark Borysiewicz, Director, Franchise Sales at HSF Affiliates, LLC .
