Diana Figurelli has assumed the role of Managing Broker of our Marco Island Branch Sales Office in the Southwest Region reporting to Shawn Strodoski, Regional Vice President.

Diana earned her Florida Brokers License in 2017 and joined our Marco Island Branch Office as a Sales Professional earlier this year. With over 20 years of experience in real estate sales, management, mentoring, and coaching, Diana is in the perfect position to transition to a leadership role within our company. Diana was the previous Sales Manager for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty in New Castle, Pennsylvania, prior to moving to Florida, where she excelled in the selection and development of her Sales Professionals, office finances, market share reports, real estate law and ethics, and negotiations.
