Marilyn Barnes, originally from Chicago, holds her broker’s license in both Florida and Kentucky and has over 30 years of extensive real estate experience in residential and commercial sales, luxury marketing, negotiating, finance, acquisitions, and custom home building as a previous Builder/Owner, Broker/Owner, and Managing Broker.
