We’d like to recognize and give a special “thank you” to Marilyn Barnes, Managing Broker of our Naples Parkshore Branch Sales Office and co-Managing Broker of Ritz-Carlton Naples Sales Centers, who has provided outstanding leadership and support to our Marco Island office Sales Professionals while we identified a permanent Marco Island branch office leader.

Nicole Fayette has become a top performing, proactive leader with outstanding sales and relationship management skills since she obtained her real estate license in 1997. Originally from Illinois, Nicole obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University and relocated to Southwest Florida in 2016. With Nicole’s focus on cultivating productive, trusting relationships with customers, colleagues, and executives, she has a strong ability to work well in changing environments to meet organizational goals.
Nicole’s professional experience, proven customer service excellence, business acumen, sales and marketing skills along with a goal-driven mindset and industry knowledge provide an excellent foundation for continued success.
