It is a pleasure to welcome Bonnie Allen to our Leadership Team! Bonnie Allen is the Assistant Manager for the Lakewood Ranch Branch Sales Office located at 8319 Market Street, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202. Bonnie is working under the leadership of Mike Holland, Managing Broker for the Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and the Palmer Ranch Branch Sales Offices.

Bonnie Allen has a very diverse background that includes accounting and finance, training, sales and technology training for Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States and sales and marketing of health and life insurance, annuities, and long term care insurance services.
Bonnie was also the President of the Greater Fort Lauderdale Lodging and Hospitality Association in Fort Lauderdale where she was responsible for the management, administration, and coordination of the non-profit organizations representing the hospitality owners and leaders in Broward County, Florida.
Her love for real estate began while working for the Marriott Corporation in Maryland where she was responsible for locating, buying and selling of hotel real estate. She achieved her Florida Real Estate license in 2011 and now holds her Brokers license.
Bonnie has a Bachelor of Science – Accounting Degree from the University of Maryland – College Park, Maryland.
