If there is one time of year that Coral Springs real estate professionals love, it is holiday season. After all, what time of the year is more gorgeous in South Florida? The nightlife is kicking, presents are being exchanged and it may be the best time to buy beautiful Coral Springs homes for sale.

Susan Richards is a single mother of two sons who loves living on Coral Springs real estate. Every year, her and the boys have an absolute ball putting up Christmas decorations on their front yard. This year, there is a giant white balloon shaped like a bear that stands almost 6 feet tall. The animal is located right beside the front door. If the mailman is not careful making a delivery to the Coral Springs real estate, he may get quite startled. We all know how much Susan’s dog hates the balloon, as he barks at it all day long.

Susan’s neighbor, David Michaels, doesn’t have any kids. Of course, that is not enough to stop the man from hanging blue and silver lights all over his Coral Springs luxury home. He also lit a menorah in the front window for Hanukkah. David’s Coral Springs real estate looks fantastic. In fact, everyone who passes by stops to look as the decorative lights on his house.

Janet Jones resides directly across the street from David. Like Susan, Janet gets a big kick out of decorating her Coral Springs real estate. This year, Janet covered her front door, as well as her mailbox, with green and red poster paper. Then she wrote the lyrics to Christmas carols all over the paper. Janet even has Christmas carols playing from Coral Springs real estate throughout the day. Fortunately, she turns the music off at so to allow her neighbors a little peace and quiet.

The inside of Janet’s Coral Springs real estate is even more fun. The mother of three girls and two dogs decided to go all out this year. The Jones family purchased an 8-foot tree. Too bad it was such a pain to set up in their Coral Springs real estate. Fortunately, their living room is large enough to fit the tree, all of its decorations and the family’s gifts. Of all of the different homes for sale in Coral Springs, Janet’s house stands out the most.

Despite living on Coral Springs real estate in sunny Florida, some people even have fireplaces. Another family on the same block as Janet gets a big fire going just about every night in December. It truly brings the holiday spirit to life for all Coral Springs real estate owners.

Not only is the weather ideal and the people all over the area act friendly, there are fabulous sales at all of the stores. Live concerts and off-Broadway shows are taking place everywhere from Miami and Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach and Orlando. The movies tend to be wonderful as well.  the holiday season prepares us for a fun and exciting New Year for the Coral Springs real estate market.
