Dago has assumed the role of Managing Broker of our Coral Springs / Parkland Branch Sales Office in the Southeast Region reporting to Pat Dahne, Regional Vice President.
We would like to thank Pat Dahne for her interim leadership role and support in the Coral Springs / Parkland Branch office, in addition to her role as Regional Vice President of the Southeast Region.

He has a proven track record of generating and building relationships, problem solving, developing training strategies, and coaching individuals to succeed.
As a Licensed Florida Real Estate Broker for the past decade, Dago Castillo brings a wealth of real estate experience with him. For the past 8 years, he was part of the Keller Williams Management team as a Productivity Coach, Team Leader, and Trainer. As a “Black Belt” Team Leader, Dago, has recruited over 600 Sales Professionals in his career.
Dago has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Norte in Barranquilla, Colombia specializing in Project Management, Sales, and Marketing. He has also studied Managerial Communications in Business, Operations Management, Economics and Decision Making.
