When he was a high school kid, David Baker’s family relocated from the snowy weather of Minneapolis down to sunny South Florida. At first, he did not want to leave Minnesota, simply because of all his friends. However, by the time David’s family got settled into their marvelous Boca Raton real estate and school got started, he loved living down in the Sunshine State.

David parents purchased one of the nicest homes for sale in Boca Raton. In a gated community, the large house had many bedrooms, as well as a swimming pool. There was even a tennis court on the property. David’s parents also bought him a giant trampoline that he could jump on for hours at a time. In fact, David used to jump from the roof onto the trampoline in order to fly higher in the air.

Before David’s sophomore year of high school even began, he had joined the football team, the Olympic Heights Lions. It was a perfect name, considering that the school was located on Lyons Road. Right away, the other boys on the team welcomed David in and made him feel like part of the family. Of course, staying on the varsity team took plenty of commitment and hard work, but David was happy to oblige.

Not only did David become an active participant on the football team, he also ran for student council. Once he became a member of the counsel, he helped plan events for his class, ranging from school dances to pep rallies and off-campus outings. Needless to say, David felt important at his new school.

Another one of the benefits of Olympic Heights was that its daily morning announcements were broadcast live on TV screens throughout the school. David decided to try out to be a news anchor and actually scored the position. This allowed every student in the school to see and hear him discuss the latest events on a daily basis. David’s popularity grew in a considerably short amount of time.

Pretty soon, the school’s Homecoming Queen, Sara, took an interest in David. The two hooked up and began dating. Their relationship lasted more than a year, which is a very long time for teenagers. On the weekends, Sara would drive to her man’s Boca Raton luxury home and sneak in through his bedroom window. Neither of their parents ever knew about Sara’s weekend excursions. David just had to remember to call the gate and give the guard permission to let Sara into their development. Otherwise, their big plans may have been spoiled.

When David traveled back to Minnesota a few years later, he got to experience the snow for a few days. That was more than enough time to spend in the cold weather. These days, the kid is looking forward to attending either the University of Florida in Gainesville or Florida State University in Tallahassee. David now realizes just how fortunate he is that his parents decided to buy a Boca Raton home for sale.
