These days, there are numerous chat groups that include Delray Beach real estate members. Just this week, the Delray Beach real estate group chatted all about marriage and the sweetest wedding proposals they’ve ever heard. While some tales were sweet or downright funny, there are even wedding proposals that leave Delray Beach real estate owners speechless.

Mary Carter is the owner of a Delray Beach home for sale who has been married for 7 years. Roughly 8 years ago, her boyfriend Ted surprised her with concert tickets to see Jane’s Addiction in Miami Beach. Right away, members of the Delray Beach real estate group were intrigued.

On a busy work night, Ted asked Mary to join him at a work function on South Beach, which was the last thing that she wanted to do. With hesitation, Mary agreed to join him. Keep in mind, she would have been perfectly happy to stay in on their Delray Beach real estate. Mary explained to the owners of homes for sale in Delray Beach that she had no idea something special was in the works.

When they arrived to the Fillmore Miami Beach, the traffic and parking was horrendous. Members of the Delray Beach real estate group were shocked that Mary still didn’t realize something was rotten in Denmark. It wasn’t until they got to the entrance of the venue that Mary figured out they were going to see her favorite band, Jane’s Addiction, live. Some members of the Delray Beach real estate group were already rolling their eyes.

With a wedding ring hidden in his pocket, Ted waited patiently all night for the band to play their special song, “I Would for You.” Halfway through the first set, Mary had to use the restroom. Ted knew this was a sign. And sure enough, the ballad began to be performed. Fortunately, Mary hurried back in no time. Various members of the Delray Beach real estate group began to laugh.

Just as singer Perry Farrell sang the familiar chorus, Ted got on one knee and held out a diamond ring. Some stranger in the audience had to tap on Mary’s shoulder, as she was only watching the stage. Instantly, Mary’s hands went up as she grabbed Ted, pulled him up and hugged him. Without an oral confirmation, Ted knew her answer was a positive one. So did the crowd all around them. Now folks in the Delray Beach real estate group were starting to cry.

That was when the guitarist onstage, Dave Navarro, saw what was happening. Instantly, he shared the big news with Perry. Farrell then made an announcement that Ted and Mary will have to name their first four children after every member of the band. People in the Delray Beach real estate group were laughing again.

A person can easily see why the Delray Beach real estate group has so much fun, comparing funny and memorable stories. They have all grown so close after sharing their adventures with one another. Hopefully, the Delray Beach real estate group will be around for decades.
