If there is one thing that Delray Beach real estate owners appreciate, it is a fun family flick. To make it even better, add the Christmas spirit into a hilarious comedy, and you get a timeless classic. That’s why a friendly group recently got together in a Delray Beach luxury home to enjoy some holiday DVDs, A Christmas Story and Tim Burton’s A Nightmare Before Christmas.

It is the time of year to snuggle up with the family and all of your pets in front of a big TV. Bake some chocolate chip cookies and drink some milk. Don’t forget the buttered popcorn either. You may have just opened all of your gifts, so there is likely a giant smile on your face.

Joe Rogers is an attorney who owns three gorgeous Delray Beach homes for sale. Hosting the monthly get together is his largest home for sale in Delray Beach, Joe explained A Christmas Story to his friends and neighbors before playing the DVD in his living room.

Joe repeated the trailer to the other Delray Beach real estate owners, “In this modern age, too many people have lost sight of the true meaning of Christmas. So now, in the spirit of the traditional American Christmas,” Delray Beach real estate owners were blessed with A Christmas Story.

Betty Fisher, a nurse with Delray Beach real estate, thinks the best parts of the hilarious film from 1983 are the scary Kris Kringles working in the mall, the boy being chased by snowball-tossing bullies and a strong desire for a Red Ryder BB gun, even if it’ll take his eye out. She told the other Delray Beach real estate owners to wait until the staff sings Christmas carols in a Chinese restaurant. A majority of the Delray Beach real estate owners think A Christmas Story stands as the funniest holiday picture ever made.

Then there is a family doctor with Delray Beach real estate named Dave Watson. Dr. Watson’s favorite Christmas film comes from the wild imagination of Tim Burton. A Nightmare Before Christmas is 1993’s state-of-the-art digital technology. The Delray Beach real estate owners were all enthralled by the enchanting tale of Halloweentown’s beloved Pumpkin King taking over December’s celebration.

Before previewing the flick, Dave explained to the other Delray Beach real estate owners a little about the work. He claimed how much he loves seeing the special effects mixed with three naughty trick-or-treaters, as well as a Grammy-nominated soundtrack. The Delray Beach real estate owners then watched a funny team kidnap Santa before being taught a valuable lesson with magic and wonder.

No, A Nightmare Before Christmas is not Tim Burton’s best work. The special effects are not Avatar either. But the movie is still fun for family members of all ages to sit after a giant Christmas dinner and enjoy some popcorn together. It’s Christmas time. Regardless where you are, it is time to appreciate the little things that everybody takes for granted on a daily basis.
