Now that we are living in 2017, there are thousands of men, women, and children living in Lakewood real estate. Some are single men and women, while many are married, as well as divorced. A number of homes have children, while some are content living with dogs and cats. Much of the real estate is large houses, while folks can also find small apartments and condos. In other words, if you are searching for an ideal place to live in Lakewood, Florida, there is something to suit your particular needs and desires.

Greg Kennedy is a single college student who recently bought a one bedroom apartment. Sure, the man does not plan to spend more than a few years going to school. However, he enjoys living in the Sunshine State so much, that he hopes to stay put after graduation. That’s why Greg is now trying to get an internship at a local business. He knows that he has to start at the bottom, but he is happy just to get his foot in the door. That way, when Greg finishes school in a couple years, he will already have a good job lined up. While his classmates are working on their resumes, a respectable business will already have a job waiting for him. Within a few years, he will be considered for management, and then the big bucks will roll in. That way, he’ll be able to buy his own Lakewood luxury home in no time.

Unlike Greg, Stacy Cohn is a working professional who takes care of a husband and two kids. Her whole family recently moved into a 3-bedroom home. While the place may not be located anywhere too fancy, at least they have all the space they need to live comfortably. Not only does everybody possess his or her own bathroom, but there is also a living room, a laundry room, and even a 2-car garage. As an added bonus, there is even a dog door already built in the kitchen. Now she doesn’t have to get up early in the morning just let the whiny dog outside to go to the bathroom. Best of all, the property is located in a wonderful school zone. The public high school even has an undefeated football team. Stacy thanks her lucky stars at night that she was able to find a home for sale in Lakewood that fits everything she and her family were looking for.

Brooke Smith is a retired window from Brooklyn, New York. It took years of arguing, but her friends and family finally convinced Brooke to move down to Florida. She was stubborn about leaving the home that she raised her three children in with her beloved husband who had recently passed on. Fortunately, her kids fought through her stubbornness. They were able to find a retirement community that offers her everything she could ever need, from a golf outing and square dances to movie nights and gin rummy tournaments. Brooke only wishes she had moved down to Lakewood many years ago.
