There are countless fans of the Beatles living in Coral Springs real estate. Many of these people possess Fab books that focus on the accomplishments of the group as a whole. Other periodicals examine the exploits of John and Paul, and to a lesser extent, George, followed by Ringo.

Cynthia Lennon, the Beatle’s first wife, wrote a biography, John, describing him in a negative tone. John tried to suppress the Englishwoman’s first book on her legendary ex-husband, A Twist of Lennon, in 1978 on grounds for libel. In her second piece of nonfiction, Cynthia inspects the same relationship with John from his college years as an art student, up to their divorce in 1969, and the post-Beatle years. Shedding an unfavorable light on the man, John chronicles the transformation of an innocent lad from Liverpool in the 1950s to an iconoclastic figure after his murder in 1980.

Cynthia offers never-before-heard tales of falling for John and trapping him into marriage to readers in homes for sale in Coral Springs. She recounts painful episodes in their lives, including his role as a husband and as a father, as well as in-depth information about John’s Aunt Mimi and sisters, Julia and Jacqui. The writer vividly depicts John’s everyday faults, such as being an irresponsible shopper. He also had zero concern about the legal issues. Cynthia blames LSD for the failure of their marriage, as an addicted John became lost from reality by 1967. She also points her finger at Yoko for John’s distance from and neglect of his family after he moved to New York City in the early 70s. Most interesting is Cynthia’s account of John meeting the insensitive and bitter artist from the Orient at an exhibition in central London.

John contains a handful of familiar photos of the young guitarist, along with some new pictures never before published of the Beatles’ teenage years. Cynthia also uses a couple of interesting drawings of her wedding to Lennon in 1962 and their honeymoon in Paris, as there was no camera present at either of the events.

The book concludes with a discussion of John’s murder and his sons’ inheritance.  Cynthia questions if John would have been knighted by the Queen, like Paul, Mick Jagger, and Elton John, if he were alive today. In her memorable closing words, Cynthia states that she would have avoided her first meeting with John if she had any idea what it would lead to later in her life. Most folks are skeptical about that statement.

In the memoirs’ foreword, Cynthia and John’s son, Julian penned the manuscript’s short but memorable introduction. Julian attempts to educate Beatles fans of significant role in John’s life that his mother played from his school days to the birth of the Beatles. He discusses the strenuous path growing up as the son of a Beatle and relives his feelings of rejection from John. Julian explains that his father wasn’t much of a hero in his eyes. Rather, John was a disappointing father. Again, many readers in Coral Springs luxury homes find the statement hard to believe.
