Greg Neuman considers himself to be a lucky man. After all, he has led a marvelous life. Not only is he a successful businessman living in South Florida, but he grew up with a blessed childhood. When he was 13-years-old in the Eighties, his parents moved into a large and gorgeous 2-story home in Boca Raton. To this day, Greg still misses that place.

The marvelous piece of Boca Raton real estate consisted of six bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Greg enjoyed his own space, as did his brother and sister. Yet, there was so much more to the property than simply bedrooms. The backyard was huge. It had its own tennis court where the kids could play doubles tennis. Greg even put up a basketball hoop. Then there was a giant pool. Not only did it have a slide and a diving board, but there was even a heater for the cold winter months. The boy and his friends would play for hours in the pool. To top it all off, Greg even had his own trampoline in the backyard. It allowed him to jump around and do flips. He even began to leap off the roof onto the trampoline, until the trampoline eventually ripped one day. Doh!

Inside the Boca Raton luxury home, there were plenty of high-class amenities too. For instance, the master bedroom had a hot tub, along with two walk-in closets. The sauna was downstairs next to the 3-car garage. There was a TV room that had surround-sound speakers built in, as well as an enormous pull-down screen. Next to the giant bar sat a pinball machine, as well as a stand-up Ms. Pac Man. That house was a dream come true for any child.

After graduating college with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Greg landed a wonderful job in Palm Beach County. That’s why he decided to find a small home for sale in Boca Raton, another place he will always remember. The nice salary at Greg’s good job allowed him to live right by the ocean. Its location allowed him to wake up early and watch the sunrise from the beach. When he would get home at night, he often went jogging on the sand. Every weekend, he and his friends would play some competitive volleyball. In other words, Greg was in fantastic shape.

Now that we are in the 21st Century, Greg is a husband and a father. He still works at the same office, only he recently bought a new home. No, the house may not be as big and fancy as his parents’ place where he grew up. Regardless, Greg, his wife, and their two beautiful boys are content. They live in an extremely friendly neighborhood where everybody seems to get along. Not only is it completely safe, but the children are in an excellent public-school district. Greg is confident that he has led a blessed life living in different houses around Boca Raton.
