Rick Bechtold has recently joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty as a licensed real estate Sales Professional. The announcement was made by Elaine Glandon, Regional Vice President, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty.
Rick Bechtold, originally from Burlington, North Carolina, earned his undergraduate degree in Business from North Carolina State University and received his MBA in Finance from Loyola University Maryland. Bechtold has a uniquely strong real estate background that stems from working for several commercial real estate companies where he has leased and / or developed over 2,000,000 square feet of office, warehouse, and retail projects around Baltimore, Maryland. Bechtold also owned his own real estate development company – Stonebridge Development that focused on the development of several office buildings, warehouses, and residential projects.
In 2004, Rick moved to Sarasota where he has leased and / or developed over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space and has since obtained his Florida Real Estate Broker’s license.
