It is a pleasure to welcome Kay-Deen Byrd to our Leadership Team! Kay-Deen has assumed the role of Branch Manager of our Plantation Branch Sales Offices in the Southeast Region reporting to Pat Dahne, Regional Vice President.
We’d like to thank Marcia van Zyl for her interim leadership role and support for the Plantation Branch office over the past few months, in addition to her role as Managing Broker of the Fort Lauderdale Southeast and Fort Lauderdale Northeast Branch Sales Offices.

Kay-Deen joined our Fort Lauderdale Southeast Branch Office as a sales professional in January 2020 and is in a perfect position to transition to a leadership role within our company. Kay-Deen has a determination to succeed, high-level energy, incredible passion, and is focused on going above and beyond.
Kay-Deen relocated to South Florida from New York where she was an active REALTOR® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Blake, REALTORS® for ten years.
Kay-Deen holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing from Siena College making her a tremendous resource for her Sales Professionals and customers.
