Captivated by the natural beauty and prolific arts and charitable organizations in Sarasota, the Del Viscios’ relocated to Siesta Key in the summer of 2004.  A well-traveled couple, after visiting Sarasota, Judy commented that “we knew this was the city that would fulfill our dreams of a healthy and active lifestyle along with the opportunity to establish a successful business in real estate sales.”

Steve is a graduate of Princeton University with a degree in Economics and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the Joseph M. Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.  Steve obtained his Florida real estate license in 2004 and has successfully navigated the continually changing real estate environment over the past 11 years.  Before his real estate profession, Steve was the general manager of a privately owned retail clothing chain and manufacturing facility headquartered in Allentown, Pa. Steve is an avid golfer and enjoys playing on the many courses available in the area and cycling on the Legacy Trail in Palmer Ranch.

Judy obtained her Florida real estate license in 2008 when she joined Steve to develop and expand the growth of their real estate business.  Prior to becoming a realtor, Judy practiced professional interior design and project management for over 20 years in the areas of corporate, academic and hospitality projects. She was formally educated in Interior Design at The Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and continued her education at Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pa. Her combined background of design and project management enhances her ability to identify ideal properties for buyers and to assist sellers in preparing their home for the market.  Personal interests include volunteer fund raising and organization of community events for the Sarasota Cuban Ballet School, yoga, gardening and cooking.
