Led Zeppelin DVD is a treat for Oviedo real estate owners’ eyes and ears. The film starts with a young Zeppelin in 1970 touring with their second album, live on British television, in Earl’s Court, Madison Square Garden, in Australia, at Knebworth and finishes with videos for “Over the Hills and Far Away,” and “Traveling Riverside Blues.”  Altogether, there are more than five hours of concert footage, performed by the initiators and kings of stadium rock. Led Zeppelin DVD includes rare interviews from the early years, where the fully bearded band in bellbottoms compare Zeppelin to the Beatles.

Among the DVD’s noteworthy numbers, viewers with homes for sale in Oviedo get to see the bluesy “How Many More Times,” “Bring It On Home,” and “I Can’t Quit You Baby” where guitar god Jimmy Page and singer Plant feed off of each other, line for line and note for note.

It was amazing to see the band’s dark side when then drowned themselves in a 12-minute version of “Dazed and Confused.” Then spectators see an amazing acoustic version of “That’s the Way,” with bass guitarist John Paul Jones playing the mandolin.  These are the two best sounding tracks on the DVD.

Jones moves to the organ for a memorable performance of “Misty Mountain Hop.” On “The Ocean,” John “Bonzo” Bonham even steps out of character, grabbing a mic to sing with Plant. The DVD also contains “What Is and What Should Never Be,” an acoustic “Going To California,” and “Since I’ve Been Lovin’ You.”

At Knebworth, the 11-year-old band uses synthesizers to bless the massive crowd with the mystical epic, “Kashmir,” as well as the blue classic, “Whole Lotta Love.” Cameras capture Zeppelin from every angle, as well as topless hippies in the audience.

The documentary, “A to Zeppelin, The Unauthorized Story of Led Zeppelin,” chronicles the English band’s brilliant twelve-year history for folks with Oviedo homes for sale. Die-hard fans can benefit from the numerous rare photos and chats with band members. From rock stars, we learn about Zeppelin’s inception, blowing the few other bands that they opened for, like Vanilla Fudge, off the stage. And before long, Led Zeppelin took the entire U.S. by storm, selling out New York’s Madison Square Garden. Also, the British band raked in the highest percentage of concert profits, an astonishing 90%, rather than giving promoters more than 50% of the intake. By the end of their flight, Zeppelin left Atlantic Records and started their own label, Swan Song.

After Zeppelin II knocked the Beatles’ Abbey Road off the chart in 1969, Led Zeppelin was considered society’s most successful musicians. But when Bonzo passed out drunk and choked to death on his own vomit in 1980, it meant the end of an era. The man was an integral part of the Led Zeppelin and Bonzo simply could never be replaced. It’s been more than four decades and their songs still remain the same, among the greatest rock and roll ever recorded, performed, or played back in Oviedo luxury homes.
