Rap superstar Snoop Dogg is in the news again. This time, the rapper called President Donald Trump a “clown” in his new music video for the song “Lavender.” Taking a political stance is nothing new for Snoop, as thousands of Palm Beach Gardens real estate owners remember from his recent stop in the area. Last year, he headlined a 33-city trek of the US and Canada. Joined onstage by Wiz Khalifa, West Palm Beach’s Perfect Vodka Amphitheatre hosted an extraordinary show.

Most of the concertgoers in South Florida were not even born when Dr. Dre found Snoop Dogg and made him famous in the 1990s. A quarter of a century and millions of record sales later, he joined forces with a younger rapper from Pennsylvania. Seeing the pair onstage together was a joyous experience for men and women of all different backgrounds. Thousands with homes for sale in Palm Beach Gardens sang and danced in unison.

Stemming from California, Mr. Cordozar Calvin Broadus, Jr., also known as Snoop Dogg, showed up looking like a true gangster from Long Beach. He showed up onstage wearing cornrows, along with black sunglasses, and Converse sneakers. He wore a blue shirt with the same Coolaid logo from his 14th album released a couple of years ago. Wearing white slacks and an open shirt, Wiz Khalifa sported a baseball hat, as well as diamond necklaces with crosses. The pair of entertainers delivered “Bake Sale.”

Snoop and Wiz’s show was made up of extraordinary vivid special effects for Palm Beach Gardens homeowners to enjoy. All evening, a myriad of colorful lights shot above the stage, as well as the crowd, from above the talent. Dozens of television monitors of all sizes allowed the spectators back on the grass to see everything that occurred up on the giant stage.

The two celebrities asked if there were any women who would like to hop up on the stage and join them for a song. Snoop and his protégé picked a dozen or so women, along with a few guys, who got to be in the spotlight on the stage during the number “Talent Show.” Each rapper took turns singing his own hits, while music lovers danced to familiar tunes, including “Drop It Like It’s Hot” and the radio hit “Who Am I (What’s My Name).” An enormous monitor displayed a vivid cartoon of half-naked ladies dancing. A couple of massive balloons floated above the fortunate fans heads sitting in the front row seats.

The team of Snoop Dogg and Wiz was fabulous for a memorable concert. South Floridians danced throughout the entire show with giant smiles on their faces. Everybody was happy, regardless of his or her race or background. Snoop Dogg and his friend Wiz put on a spectacular concert for those with Palm Beach Gardens luxury homes. Thousands of the music fans cannot wait for the superstar to venture through our area again. Let’s just wait to see how President Donald Trump reacts on Twitter.
