Some are doctors, while others are school teachers and business executive. The one thing that these Parkland real estate owners all have in common is fatigue throughout the workday. Fortunately, one Parkland luxury homeowner invited over some friends and neighbors to discuss Dr. Joseph Mercola’s book Take Control of Your Health.

Folks with Parkland homes for sale read Dr. Joseph Mercola’s Take Control of Your Health to learn a trick or two about getting a full night’s rest. The book instructed those with homes for sale in Parkland how to create energetic, lean and youthful bodies. Besides dieting right, the writer suggests everyone gets enough sleep.

Readers are advised how to combat their entire families’ health and weight issues. A Parkland real estate owner named Dawn claims that one of the book’s most intriguing sections is undoubtedly the chapter on sleep.

Besides secrets to losing weight, the doctor offers 29 “insider secret” tips that all Parkland real estate owners can use to improve sleep. After all, most Americans aren’t getting enough hours of sleep. Of course, spending the night tossing and turning in your Parkland real estate is stressful and tiring enough on its own. But the problems don’t end there.

The book reminds Parkland real estate owners that sleep helps prevent illnesses like cancer, diabetes, heart disease, aging, and memory decline. After all, a lack of sleep weakens Parkland real estate owners’ immune systems. Caused primarily by stress, not enough sleep can even make us fat as it disrupts certain hormones that crave food.

Missing sleep reduces Parkland real estate owners’ serotonin levels, leading to depression, among other sicknesses. Also, a lack of sleep on Parkland real estate only increases a person’s chances of fatigue, obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, a weakened immune system and a shorter lifespan.

Mercola suggests that readers avoid eating grain and sugars before bedtime. Parkland real estate owners should stay away from caffeine and alcohol too. Exercising in the day time is supposedly the best natural sleep aid.

Readers also learn to avoid electromagnetic fields in their bedrooms. If you use an electrical clock, the book suggests keeping it 3 feet away from your bed, and turn it face down at night. Practice evening activities, such as reading something calming or listening to relaxation CDs to prepare you for bed.

Keep the temperature in your Parkland real estate cool, not hot. An interesting trick offered is to take a hot shower before bed. When our body temperatures fall, the cooling promotes sleepiness. Mercola sums up his tricks to sleeping by suggesting that Parkland real estate owners establish a bedtime routine to get a better night’s rest.

You may note that the author never suggested sleeping aids for help. He knows that both prescription and over-the-counter medications cause dependency and can pose serious health risks. Avoid prescription drugs that are even more dangerous sleeping aids. The most commonly used group of sleeping pills, benzodiazepines, are very addicting. Falling asleep naturally will become almost impossible.  Simply follow Mercola’s simple instructions to get a good night’s sleep. Your body deserves it.
