We have all had them. Maybe it was your college roomie who refused to put away her dirty clothes, or perhaps it was your recent associate from work with a little poodle that refuse to stop yapping all night. Whatever the case may be, roommates on Stuart real estate can be a nightmare.

Amy Phillips is a 36-year-old stock broker who just moved down to South Florida from Philadelphia. Recently divorced, Amy and her 10-year-old boy were looking to rent two rooms and one bathroom in a Stuart home for sale. While just about all the Stuart real estate was reasonably priced, not every homeowner was ideal.

On Saturday afternoon, Amy took her boy to look at space in a Stuart luxury home. The gentlemen who they would be sharing the space with was an absolute slob. You’d think he could have at least tidied up a bit before showing his Stuart real estate to potential renters. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

The Stuart real estate was covered with everything, ranging from empty beer bottles and dirty clothes to spilled dog food. The Stuart real estate smelled even worse. Amy was immediately reminded of her college dorm at FSU in Tallahassee. Despite how gorgeous the Stuart real estate was, Amy knew that there was no way she could ever call it home.

Ryan Hanson is a 41-year-old manager at a retail furniture store in Palm Beach County. Like Amy, Ryan recently went through a divorce and now needed to find a room to rent somewhere on Stuart real estate. He even placed an ad on social media. The only problem was that every caller was at least half his age. A great number of the kids were still in college. Ryan could not imagine sharing his Stuart real estate with a noisy student who stayed up all night.

Eventually, Ryan settled down with a physical trainer named Jeff. Everything seemed fine at first. But then Jeff began bringing a different girl back to their Stuart real estate every night. What Jeff did in the privacy of his own bedroom was his own business. But Jeff and his lady friends used to spend every minute of every night fooling around on the living room couch. Eventually, Ryan became scared to sit on his own sofa. Lord knows what liquids could be found on the furniture of his Stuart real estate.

When it comes to finding an agreeable roommate, do your homework. Check out a person’s profiles all over the internet. Does he or she seem like a loud party animal that will keep you up all night? If everything looks good, meet him or her for lunch to discuss living arrangements. Chat about music, movies, internet bills and guests that may stay over. Then search for rentals and homes for sale in Stuart. Just don’t dive into anything before you test the waters. As long as you do your homework, finding a good roommate to share beautiful Stuart real estate can be a walk in the park.
