Divorce can be ugly. We have all seen how bad it can get when husbands and wives go their separate ways. Besides fighting over the children and their expenses, the worst aspect of divorce is often leaving the family home.   Who gets the keep it? Should you put up your home for sale in Stuart and split the money? Dealing with Stuart real estate in a divorce can be a painful experience.

Nancy and Gary were married and owned a gorgeous Stuart luxury home. But after their relationship went soar, Gary had to move out, as Nancy got to keep the place, along with their two boys. Being a working professional, Nancy had no trouble finding a full-time job to support the children, as well as buy an ideal Stuart homes for sale.

Stuart real estate of his own, Gary now rents an apartment with his business partner Jason. While their place is nowhere near is big or fancy as Nancy’s place, Gary is happy to be alone and play his guitar. As a matter of fact, he is sure that his rental apartment is a steal for living on such wonderful home. Now Gary gets to sleep in as late as he wants, and he no longer has to cook meals for four people every evening. He loves it.

Of course, Gary must live with a roommate, Brett, who is also a recent divorcee. Brett has been living in the same Stuart real estate for almost 5 years, yet Brett has only been divorced for a little over a year. Apparently, his wife did not want him anywhere around their Stuart real estate. I suspect that Brett got caught doing something very bad, like bring another girl to their Stuart real estate. Why else would he not put up more of a fight to keep such attractive Stuart real estate?

Nancy’s best friend from the office is Mary Jo. Mary Jo also went through a divorce a few years ago in Stuart. Rather than let the courts and expensive lawyers decide the outcome of it all, the couple worked out a peaceful agreement. As a team, the sold their Stuart real estate and split the money 50/50. These days, both Mary Jo and her ex-husband own top-class Stuart real estate. They could probably afford such nice Stuart real estate just because of all the money that they saved on lawyers’ fees.

Perhaps if you and your husband or wife and going to rent or buy, you should work out the logistics of who will get to keep what? Is your marriage one-sided, or are you both bread winners? Maybe whoever gets to keep the kids will get to live in the better place.

Whatever the case may be, just be prepared for anything when it comes to splitting up your Stuart real estate. Like I said earlier, divorce can get extremely ugly, especially when dealing with Stuart luxury homes.
