Trish has assumed the role of Managing Broker of our Palm Beach Gardens & Jupiter Branch Sales Offices in the Northeast Region reporting to Carol Hill, Regional Vice President.
The Palm Beach Gardens Branch Sales Office is located at 3001 PGA Blvd. Ste. 101 Palm Beach Gardens, Florida 33410, office 561-625-2700.
The Jupiter Branch Sales Office is located at 351 S. US Highway One Ste. 104 Jupiter, Florida 33477, office 561-354-1700.

Since the start of Trish’s real estate career in 2004, she has been focused on creating a strong, team environment that breeds success! As the Broker / Owner of her own franchise sales office, she became one of the top producing offices nationwide. She was responsible not only for the day to day operations, but also the contract and sales training, contract negotiating, sales support, marketing, technology assistance, customer relations, and accounting. In 2006, Trish became the District Director in West Palm Beach and the Statewide Broker for Zip Realty where she was responsible for managing and training not only her 100 agents but also for hosting a national week-long training webinar on industry updates and guidelines. Her continued focus on motivating her sales team, building relationships , incorporating opportunities to include ancillary and core services, assisted her in consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and budget goals.
Trish then joined Coastal Sotheby’s International Realty as the Director of Business Development just prior to opening her own Brokerage, Grande Luxe Properties, which she ran successfully. As the Broker / Owner, Trish created her own local, niche market in Commercial Real Estate.
