We are excited to announce the reappointment of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty’s Sales Professional, Vira Ferreira, as the 2019 National Association of REALTORS® Global Ambassador to PORTUGAL, SPAIN, ITALY and ANDORRA.
Global Ambassadors (GAs), formerly known as President’s Liaisons (PLs) play a dynamic role in maintaining and expanding NAR’s breadth worldwide. While the organization is the National Association of REALTORS®, they are an international organization. The National Association of REALTORS® membership spans the globe with REALTORS® on all continents other than Antarctica. We are proud of the alliances we have established with real estate associations and organizations in over 70 countries. And now, more so than ever, NAR’s global alliances are helping REALTORS® expand their business beyond borders.
GAs are tasked with strengthening existing relationships and creating new opportunities within their assigned countries. The goal is twofold: to promote the REALTOR® brand through International REALTOR® Membership, education, products, services and networking events; and to drive business to REALTORS®. Like previous year(s), Vira’s position, therefore, is important to both the Association and to fellow REALTORS®. As a GA, Vira will serve as a conduit between NAR and the assigned countries.
