Not every Coral Gables real estate owner decided to buy in Miami-Dade County for the same reason. Some men and women live in the sunny area for the warmth, while others live in the area to be close to work. Some areas have fabulous schools, while other parts of Coral Gables are ideal for retirement. Let’s take a look at why some residents decided to move to Coral Gables.

Andre Sanchez is a school teacher with a marvelous place. He and his family moved into a 4-bedroom home for sale in Coral Gables merely for the area’s top-notch school system. Not only did Mr. Sanchez land a wonderful job teaching English speaking students his first language, but his wife also found a terrific position as a sales rep for a local travel agent. Now she spends her days helping men, women, and children find the best deals on flights and hotels for everywhere in the world, ranging from Orlando to Buenos Aires, Paris, and even New Zealand. But more importantly, the three children all love the public schools. Not only do they each receive a great education, but they love their after-school activities, such as cheerleading and soccer. Of course, Mr. Sanchez will be quick to point out that the game is known as “football” everywhere else in the world.

Ana Richards runs a local restaurant just down the street from her home. After spending too long driving to work every day, she eventually decided to buy her own Coral Gables home for sale. Not only can she now walk to work, but her property is amazing. Not only does Ana possess a swimming pool in her backyard, she also has a gorgeous front porch overlooking a lake. In fact, Ana makes it a point to spend time on the porch every evening after work and watch the birds fly around and rest in the water. Doing so allows her to relax, as she reflects on her long workday.

Pam Black just retired to a nice community in Coral Gables. She appreciates the place because they have organized events every day and night for her to participate in with several other residents her age. No longer does she feel alone, as she can always find a neighbor to join her at a movie or to join her while she shops. In fact, Pam loves her community.

Not unlike Ana, Dan Pratt appreciated living in his Coral Gables luxury home. Of course, he certainly enjoyed it more before his wife’s mother decided to move in. Against his wishes, Dan’s wife recently invited her mom to stay with them, rather than moving into a retirement village. Sure, Dan loves the woman, but she complains about absolutely everything. If the air conditioning is on too low, she is hot. But if it is up too high, he is wasting money on the utility bill. Regardless of where he places the thermostat, she is never happy. That is merely one example of everything poor Dan has to live with since his mother-in-law moved into his home. DOH!
